Recreational Classes

Beginner: 45-minute class

Classes focus on building skills in:

Individual single rope

Long rope

Double Dutch

Chinese wheel
Students learn the UPLIFT standards while having fun, developing friendships and being active.
Students progress at their own pace and create routines along the way.

$20 annual registration
(Includes a jump rope and t-shirt)
*Multi-Student Discount:
$5 off per student when 2+ members of the same household are enrolled in any UpLift class or team
